Product advantages:

1. Daily processing of 300 tons (24 hours) of precipitation with a range of 13-15%.

2. Scientifically optimize the arrangement of angular boxes and adopt forward and reverse flow drying technology to prevent frozen

grains from being directly exposed to high temperatures. The lower part adopts a reverse mixing section to quickly reduce moisture.

Add gentle joints in each wind temperature range to prevent grain explosion and cracking. Set up a gel box cross mechanism in the

middle drying section for more uniform drying, and set up a cooling section at the bottom to reduce grain temperature while reducing

precipitation, for storage after drying. In traditional drying towers, the use of mixed air in the middle results in a long drying process

and high costs. The independently developed new type of forward and backward flow drying tower eliminates the traditional intermediate

air inlet, which saves the intermediate air inlet process, greatly improves the drying speed, and saves 0.5-1 cent per kilogram of grain in

drying costs. Our upstream and downstream drying tower can also perform segmented drying, which is highly flexible and can dry any

amount of grain. Traditionally, the tower must be filled with air before it can be turned on.

3. The entire tower is uniformly reinforced with tower bars (made of 2.3mm galvanized sheet metal stamping), and the interior is

reinforced with high-quality thick walled seamless pipes and angle steel tie bars. The surrounding side panels are processed and

formed as a whole by large equipment. The external insulation layer is made of 20mm high-density aluminum silicate plate,

and the color steel plate thickness is 0.4mm.


4. Each fan adopts high-temperature resistant fans for boilers, with integral brackets and steel plate forming. The motor and

fan adopt D-type or C-type transmission, with a long service life.

5. The external insulation of the hot air duct is integrated, and the flange interface is sealed with high-temperature resistant materials.

6. The hoist barrel is welded with galvanized sheet metal and adopts high-strength wear-resistant buckets and reinforced tear resistant

lifting belts from well-known domestic manufacturers.

7. The burner adopts imported components and domestically assembled branded products, with smooth combustion and small temperature fluctuations.

8. The control cabinet is equipped with dynamic lighting simulation drying process display, CPLC program control system,

and fully automatic control of grain feeding.
